The first step is to contact Steve or Sally. You can leave a message or send a text. We will not call you unless you have left a contact name and asked for a call. All contact is in the strictest confidence. After contact, the next step is to arrange a free consultation. This gives us the opportunity to meet up and you can tell us a little more about yourself. One-to-one therapy at the practice varies between £25 to a maximum of £40 per hourly session. This may include counselling psychotherapy or clinical hypnosis. Payment is made after each session.
